Double Chocolate Cake
(Makes about 12-16 servings)

If you love chocolate, this recipe will take care of any craving. It is simple, quick, and great for any family or church potluck. If you make it in a loaf pan, you can create a very simple, though elegant dessert!

Ingredients:
1 package chocolate fudge cake mix
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
   4 eggs
   1 cup sour cream
   1/2 cup warm water
   1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet or milk chocolate chips
Cocoa and shortening for cake pan
   Powdered sugar for dusting
   Garnishes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a regular sized tube pan (or Bundt), then dust with the cocoa. Repeat with cocoa if necessary. Beat first six of the cake ingredients with an electric mixer just until blended. Stop mixer; scrape sides. Beat another 45 seconds. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into the prepared tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until the cake springs back when touched lightly and the sides of the cake start to pull away from pan. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Invert cake onto a serving tray and allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
