Lunch buffets at the Inn start at $16.50 per person and dinner buffet prices start at $18.95 per person. To each price we add 6.45% sales tax and 16% gratuity. Prices include: salad (not included with lunch), entrée (2nd entrée can be requested for additional $1.50 per guest), sides, breads, and dessert, and of course tea, coffee, and water. If group size is lower than 16, room charge of $75 may apply. Minimum group size is 12.

Extras:
  • Lunch salad is available for $150 per guest. Soup course is available for $1.50 per guest. Seasonal appetizers are available for $2 per guest per choice.
  • One extra dessert choice can be requested for an additional $.75 per guest. We will alternate the service of desserts under these circumstances.
  • Adult beverages (open bar) are available and are priced by the drink or, with wine and champagne, by the bottle. Cash bar can be arranged. Bartender charge is $60 per bartender per bar event.
  • After dinner drinks (Bailey's coffee, liquors, Cognac, etc.) need to be approved by the customer in advance.

We ask that evening events end no later than 9:30 p.m. and lunch events limit their time to 2.5 hours.

Group menus need to be finalized 2 weeks prior to your event, and guest counts need to be called in at least 5 days prior to your event; no changes in guest count can be made after that time. Payment for the event is at your convenience, but prompt payment is appreciated. Menu items are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a late cancellation, the Brickyard Barn Inn will bill the event sponsor $300 (plus tax) unless the date is rebooked with an event of equivalent size or greater.
